| Job Description | To be part of the Human Resource Team to ensure effectiveness of the
overall human resource, payroll & administrative functions of the
company 1)To be responsible for the organization’s talent needs by developing and implementing various effective recruitment strategies for executive-level staff and management staff 2) To accurately administer the payroll processing and records for executive-level according to statutory compliance and with confidentiality 3) To maintain & manage all HR reports/ cost and headcount statistics/update for the organization and relevant government departments 4) To conduct new employees’ induction and orientation To ensure implementation and effectiveness of HR policies, procedures and programs. 5) Administer the performance assessment system for employees Coordinates for on-time contribution of statutory deductions and monthly reports to various external departments as according to statutory requirements 6) To administer and to maintain good management of the personal records and database of executive-level staff including employment letters, training records, medical reports, job descriptions, career progression updates and other essential documentation. 7) To assists on any other matters pertaining to employee’s performance improvement including employee grievances and counseling. |
